Breathwork is a powerful form of active meditation done lying on your back, breathing to music. Over the course of 45 minutes you’ll use a 2 stage breath to effectively quiet the mind so you can tap into intuition and your higher self. By accessing a non-ordinary state of consciousness, this form of breathing can enhance creativity, clarity and confidence allowing you to get clear on what you what in life. You'll leave this class feeling light and connected in a whole new way.
**Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach so please try not to eat for at least an hour before class.

Do I need to prepare for this in any way?
No, but it is recommended that you not eat anything for at least an hour before.
