Join me on Tuesday December 18th at 7pm for a special Breathwork class at Respect Your Universe on Abbot Kinney! All proceeds from this class will go straight to the Harold Robinson Foundation to fund camping experiences for kids in the inner cities of Compton and Watts. These camps are typically the first time these kids get the opportunity to go rope climbing, see the stars and be in the peace and quiet of the Angeles Forest :)
